Wrongful

Death

Bryan Larson

When a loved one is killed because of the wrongful act of another, the financial impact to a family can be devastating. The expenses for the final medical expenses, funeral, loss of income, or worse yet, the loss of the value that a loving parent can provide to a family is something that the attorneys at Larson Law understand very well. The emotional loss can also be devastating and can sometimes paralyze a family for a long time as the family members do their best to try to regroup and heal from the loss. No amount of money can bring back a loved one.

However, justice demands that restitution be paid, and family members left behind usually have significant financial needs that must be taken care of. If a family member has suffered death as a result of someone’s negligence or intentional act, we know how to handle the case with kindness, sympathy and caring. Do not wait to call. The statute of limitations to bring a claim for wrongful death is shorter than many other types of claims. In a wrongful death case, there is often many things that need to be done in order to prove the claim, long before the case can be concluded.
